The Central Asian Union University's Internet Addiction Prevention and Control Center held the second phase of the Happy Generation e-generation Youth Growth Camp from August 17th to August 25th. Parents and students from the previous stage were invited to come back and share their experiences after participating in the camp Transformation and growth, and once again brought the peak experience of "happiness without internet" to 22 students!
A total of 22 students from the second battalion participated in this eight-day, seven-night transformation journey. Among them, the students from the previous stage participated again as volunteer students, so that other small team members who participated for the first time knew that transformation was possible. Due to the rich resources of the last time, 12 Asian university students who took the addiction course have signed up as a team internship, and a student from the Department of Psychology of the State University of New York at Stony Brook has come here for an internship experience. The team led by Vice President Ke Huizhen and 10 graduate students have been tutoring 22 students to experience the senior high school life and bid farewell to the confusion of 3C; enhance the self-control of 3C and become the master of technology; guide exploration and growth to live the best Self; and promote parent-child interaction to enhance family happiness.

在經歷過八天七夜的營隊後,不只隊輔帶給學員與家長們成長,而是雙方都在相互學習與蛻變;透過反思分享,隊輔們也從這次的經驗當中學到青少年3C沈迷成因的分析與輔導策略、團體心理治療動力與技巧…等等。中雅聯大網路成癮防治中心也辦理無網路生活心理營對的輔導反思暨督導會議,由每位參與輔導工作的大學部學生與研究生分享自身在營隊當中的所見所聞以及自身所學知識在實務場域的應用情況以及遇到的問題,不同年齡層與不同的隊員組成,面對到的問題與情況都很不同,實習學生們的到豐盛的做中學,透過同儕的意見分享以及老師的回饋與督導。
大學部隊輔們也分享了他們第一次接觸此類活動的困難之處,包含由理論到實務上的差距,還有面對小隊員們不同問題行為的應對處遇技巧,也激發彼此不同的想法與意見,最後再由老師進行專業上的督導,將理論實際融入面對個案的情境當中,一方面整理思受輔個案行為分喜與輔導策略的理論基礎,一方面仔細思考實務上的最佳輔導技巧。

柯慧貞副校長也在此次的反思分享暨督導會中,針對參與的13個大學部與10個臨床心理研究生隊輔們的許多反思與提問問題一一釋疑,如個案在八天七夜能堅持不用手機的改變機制,不同特性個案的不同處遇等,也分享其專業經。並且,透過教師與全體實習生共同評量,選出分享會中的「最佳服務成效獎」「最佳學習反思獎」及「創意生動簡報獎」一一表揚,加以鼓勵!
